Founded in 1988 as Shen Feng Enterprise, Hung Cheng Ribbon Enterprises began with decorative and packaging ribbons. Today, it stands among the top three webbing manufacturers in Taiwan, operating with ISO9001 certification and advanced equipment. Committed to local operations, the company emphasizes quality, efficiency, and product diversity while navigating competition from China and tariff challenges.

2003

Hung Cheng shifted its focus to OEM industrial webbing, supplying safety protection, automotive, and home textile applications.

2006

The company became a major supplier to Federal Mogul, delivering 180 million meters of automotive webbing annually to its 11 global sites.

2019

With the pandemic and geopolitical shifts, U.S. orders declined as clients moved production to Southeast Asia. Hong Cheng responded by entering the gardening sector, securing hose webbing orders from Aqua Joe and Orbit.

2022

To strengthen its presence in the gardening market, the company launched a dedicated production line in Taiwan focused on hose webbing for the U.S. market.
